Allergy safe Chicken with Noodles – Soup Style GFSFCFDFSoyF

You will need

A crockpot

A pot with a lid

A sharp knife

A blender

Ingredients

Chicken

Chicken Stock

Rice noodles

Carrots

Peas

How to make chicken stock.

  • Bake some chicken for dinner one night.
  • Eat it.
  • Put all the bones and left over meat and fat scraps in your crockpot.
  • Cook on low overnight.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Pour through a large colander or strainer.
  • Throw away bones and scraps.

Voila, you have stock.

STEP ONE:

  1. Place peas and stock in crock pot
  2. Cook carrots until soft.
  3. Place carrots in blender and puree.
  4. Pour carrot puree into crock pot.
  5. Allow to slow cook overnight.

STEP TWO:

  1. Cook some more chicken (or use left overs)
  2. Debone the chicken.
  3. Cube the chicken with a sharp knife.
  4. Set aside.

STEP THREE:

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to packaging instructions.

STEP FOUR:

  1. Put noodles and cubed chicken in a bowl.
  2. Add broth to preferred consistency. I like mine at about the consistency of Noodle Shop soup. Plenty of broth. My brother barely dampens the noodles.

Stir and serve hot.
