Gluten Free Spaghetti

Tools you’ll need:




Sharp knife

Ingredients you’ll need:

rice noodles – Walmart, Trader Joe’s or Ingles (In Ingles go to the Asian food section)

coconut oil

ground turkey burger


sea salt (optional)

With a sharp knife dice up 2 tomatoes.

Put these tomatoes in the blender and run on puree.

Add a pinch of salt (Optional) to blended tomatoes and run again for a few seconds.

Set aside.

Skillet fry turkey burger in coconut oil until brown. Stir often to break up meat .

When meat is browned, turn skillet to lowest setting.

Stir in your tomato sauce. Keep heat low or the tomatoes will just cook into a hard sugary crust.

Put water in your pot. At least two cups.

Bring water to a boil.

When water is boiling add noodles.

Boil for 3 minutes or until soft (varies by brand, but usually 3 minutes is fine).

Place noodles on plate.

Pour your skillet of meat onto noodles.
