Quick condiment recipes

Turkey or Chicken stock

Keep the bones and “grease” from you baked turkey or chicken.

Put them in a stock pot with 3 times as much water as bone.

Put crockpot or stockpot on low overnight.

Cook for 12-15 hours.

Once cooked turn off pot an allow to cool.

Pour stock through colander into a big bowl

Throw away the bones


¾ cup coconut milk

¼ cup coconut oil


3 tsp potato flour

2 cups chicken stock


2 small tomatoes

2 tsp salt

Place in blender and blend to a fine puree.
